Shipping

All jewelry purchases will include shipping free of charge, unless otherwise specified and/or agreed upon due to varying circumstances. Purchased items will ship out no later than four (4) business days of receiving cleared payment. We professionally package all items in-house for shipment with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. All jewelry is carefully and strategically wrapped, placed inside a box with enough void fill that the object is secure and can sustain impact during transport. You will receive a tracking number and will be notified by the carrier dispatch team of the delivery date. All jewelry is shipped insured by Di Folco Fine Jewels. You must make arrangements to receive and inspect the goods, and be able to provide signature upon delivery. Goods left unattended at a residence may not qualify for insurance coverage in the event of damage or theft. Rush service is available. Let us know if there is an important deadline to meet and we can process the quote accordingly.

Clients within a 15 mile radius of Towson, Maryland have the option of complimentary hand delivery. 

Returns

All jewelry sales are final sale. This includes but is not limited to custom jewelry designs, estate jewelry, resized and/or modified pieces, and monogrammed/personalized pieces. Your satisfaction and confidence are important to us. We guarantee that all items are exactly as described in the photographs, descriptions, and any reports. If the item is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the return shipping. The returned item must be received in its original condition within 14 days of return authorization, at which point we will issue a refund. If the item is not received within 14 days, the sale is considered final.
