A striking composition of brilliance and color, this ring centers around a captivating transitional cut diamond, framed by sculptural bands of vivid green step cut emeralds and shimmering diamonds. This extraordinary piece embodies a distinctly Art Deco sensibility where geometry meets glamour.

The center diamond weighs approximately 1.35cts, is H color and at least VS1 clarity. This is quite possibly one of the most well cut old diamonds I’ve come across in my day. This center diamond is surrounded by 52 round single cuts weighing approximately 0.70ctw, G-H, VS, and 50 custom step cut emeralds, ranging from 1mm-1.35mm, and graded at AA quality. The diamonds are both bead and bright cut set, and the emeralds are channel set and finished with a milgrain edge. The ring measures 12.2mm wide with the finger and the shoulders are hand engraved with a small and understated floral motif. Platinum, 3.5dwt, finger size 7.25, easily resizable. I can’t say with 100% certainty that this ring is “true” Art Deco (pieces created between the two World Wars) or if she was made a little later in the 1940s, but I can say that this Deco statement ring has incredible presence, meant to be worn, admired, and remembered.
